Ruscion sat down and nodded. "I see. Well, not anymore. I took you for a Tribecat from the Far North for a moment!" he laughed. "You've come a long way from that I can tell you!" he smiled. "My story... well, would you liie to hear?" he asked.

Feeling that Ruscion had sat down, he sat down himself. "Very well." He meowed, closing his eyes.

((i am sooo sorry! exams and stuff... really stressed... to makem up I typed a nice long post )) Ruscion smiled and began. "I am from far, far away. I come from hot lands full of sand and long stalks of haygrass. It is known as the Death-Dry Lands. It is mighty hot there. We lived in holes deep in the sand-ground to keep cool and things as such. It was a hard life but a good life. Every day was a danger and an adventure. Every minute, you could be killed, every pawstep you tiook could be your last... but I was a lucky cat. I never strayed too far into the vast and ember-hot land." He closed his eyes as painful memories flooded his mind. "But one night, when I was coming back to my den with large prey with me, the tow-legs came. They had firesticks with them, and they shot fire into the air. For five-hundred cat-lengths, there was not a creature in sight in less than a heartbeat. However, I could not flee. Is ran into the den and huddled my family as far into our hole as possible. But in vain." A tear trickled down Ruscion's spotted cheek. "The twolegs found us. I- I tried to fend them off... tried to get them away... but they didn't leave. Killed my mate and three cubs, they did. But they didn't kill me.... I don't know why, but they stuck this pink fuzzy thing into my haunch... and the next thing I remembered was waking up very painfully in a... cage." He almost spat the last word out. "I expect you don't know what a cage is, do you Auth? I will tell you. It is make of a kind of thing called 'steel.' It is supposed to be the strongest thing known. And I believe it. "Six walls make of the steels. Two tail-legths thick the walls were. And we were fed food as hard as boulders that tasted like fox-dung!" he hissed savagely. He lowered his hackles. "Anyways, life there was a hundred times worse than an eternity in DeathClan. I managed to escape when a deadly sickness infected the twolegs that were supposed to guard me and other friends there. I ran for a fortnight or so, just following the scents of many cats, mingled with Elessar's scent... Anyways, here I am now. That's my story, I guess," he finished. Looking into Auth's pale, bottomles eyes, he sighed. "Well, that's that. If you ever need me, just call my name. I'll be where you need me in a heartbeat," he meowed. And with a rustle of grass and a droplet of water, he was gone, back to his post at the Bridge, at the gap between the BloodMouth Falls.

(It's ok... I make longish post then...) Auth leasoned though all of this without saying a word, tail tapping lightly beside him. When he suddenly felt and smelled Ruscion disappear, he stood up with a jolt, 'looking' around for a moment before starting to walk away, grinning slightly to himself. "I liked your story, and some day I can tell you mine. Until another time, farewell, Ruscion." He whispered, fading into the forest.
